Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If you purchased expedited shipping instead of our default free shipping, expedited shipping costs are non refundable.

All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive brand new products

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at support@lasoraofficial.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This policy does not cover orders with a wrong shipping address.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lasora Official is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lasora Official will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@lasoraofficial.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs and Bras. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
